Urinary system assessment
Our printing is done on a quality card stock (65 lbs).
The 3-page document includes a description of the clinical examination of the urinary system. This includes the main symptoms, the questionnaire, the inspection, palpation, percussion, tests and specific signs as well as a memory aid checklist in normal format (8.5 x 11) and in small format (plastic sheet approximately 4x6 in) .
