All our products include free shipping anywhere in Canada , shipped via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS, depending on the nature and weight of the package.
Note : Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes) are only accepted with Canada Post.

Shipping is free on all orders of $40 USD and over.đ International delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders of $200 CAD and over (or the equivalent in your currency) .
For orders under $200 CAD, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the carrier's estimated rates at checkout.
đ International customs and taxes
Super Nurse is not responsible for any fees or delays caused by customs.
It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about their country's import policies (VAT, customs fees, local taxes, etc.)
Super Nurse does not collect these taxes at the time of purchase , and they may be required upon delivery by local authorities.

Orders are typically processed within 2-8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, a confirmation notification including shipping information will be emailed to you.

đ Tracking and tracking number
A tracking number is provided for all orders weighing 500g or more.
Lightweight items such as stickers, keychains or small accessories are shipped without tracking, but are tracked internally by our team.
đŹ Unclaimed package or incorrect address
It is your responsibility to track and collect your package.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failure to collect within the carrier's prescribed timeframe, you will have the following options:
- Pay the cost of a new shipment
- Get a partial refund (less shipping costs)
- Any other solution deemed reasonable by our team
â° Lost or late package
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed .
- If your order is not received within the expected time frame, please wait 14 business days after shipment before contacting us.
- A lost package must be reported within 30 days of shipment to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
