Refund Policy

🛍️ Physical products

All sales are final. Orders or items may be cancelled until they have been shipped . Once an order has been shipped, no refunds or returns will be accepted.

📄 Digital products

Digital products are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not been downloaded. Once downloaded, no refunds can be issued.

📦 Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@supernursebusiness.com with:

  • one or more clear photos of the product concerned,
  • one or more clear photos of the packaging,
  • a description of the problem.

Once the defect is confirmed, a member of our team will offer you a solution deemed reasonable. This may include a replacement, refund, or other fair compensation, depending on the situation.

No replacement or refund will be given for products damaged due to mishandling after delivery or for reasons beyond our control.

💳 Refund processing time

Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

🚫 Non-refundable delivery charges

In case of partial refund, the initial delivery charges are not refundable, unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or a defect is confirmed.

Super Nurse reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
